Overall, the cleaning staff and front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. One front desk staff assisted me with registering for the customer rewards program. I can't remember his name. Big thank you to team. You all made the difference with the excellent customer service you provided. Huge!

The location was fine but let me tell you what exceeded the expectations. Number one free laundry resources. That was an amazing plus. Number two The room was excellently cleaned. The staff was genuinely happy to see the guest and provided prompt services when the shower sort of sprayed out of the shower. And the room smelled great omg!

The breakfast was good but the gal running it was excellent; friendly, efficient, clean and attentive. Staff at the front desk both check in and check out were excellent, friendly and helpful.
